Most custom engagement rings take two to three weeks from confirmation of design to delivery. More complex designs, or those with unusual stones, may take longer. If you have a specific date in mind (an anniversary, a proposal trip), let us know early and we will work backwards from there.
Do you have ready-made designs available for faster turnaround?
Yes — we have a great range of ring designs ready to have your chosen centre stone set into them. If one of these designs suits you, the ring can be completed in just a day or two. It is a wonderful option if you have a proposal coming up sooner than expected, or if you simply prefer to choose from existing designs rather than start from scratch.
How do I choose a custom engagement ring design?

Custom engagement rings start from a few thousand dollars and go up depending on the size and quality of the centre stone, the design complexity, and the metal chosen. The centre diamond typically represents the majority of the cost. Because we source diamonds directly and have no retail markup, our pricing is usually significantly more competitive than mainstream jewellers — all prices are in AUD inclusive of GST, with no hidden extras.
Do I have to come to your studio to design a ring?
Not at all. While we love meeting customers in our Sydney CBD studio — it is by far the best way to see diamonds in person — we work with customers across Australia. We can do consultations by phone, email, video call, or in person, and we ship completed rings Australia-wide.
