Shipping policy
SENDING YOUR PURCHASE
Diamond Imports ships throughout Australia only. We do not offer international shipping.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via Australia Post Express and registered insured couriers including FedEx and EMS for high-value items. All consignments are tracked.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is charged at a flat rate:
- Standard — $22.00, 2 to 8 business days
- Express — $25.00, 1 to 4 business days
All items are shipped fully insured regardless of the option selected.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared, usually within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout apply from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Remote areas may take longer.
SIGNATURE & IDENTITY REQUIRED
All deliveries require a signature and proof of identity at the time of delivery. We are unable to leave parcels unattended. If no one is available at the delivery address, your parcel will be held at your nearest Australia Post outlet and a collection card will be left. Proof of identity must be presented when collecting your parcel.
NO PO BOX DELIVERIES
Diamond Imports does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
INSURANCE
All goods are fully insured against loss and damage while in transit. Once you have signed and accepted delivery, responsibility for insurance passes to the purchaser. Diamond Imports strongly recommends that you arrange adequate insurance cover for your purchase immediately upon receipt.
UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-delivery charges will apply.
