At Diamond Imports, we don't sell rings off a shelf. Every engagement ring is designed and handcrafted to order — built around a natural diamond or gemstone chosen specifically for you. We work with couples Australia-wide: in person by appointment at our Sydney CBD office, or remotely by phone, email, and video, with fully insured delivery to every state and territory.
Whether you already know exactly what you want or have no idea where to begin, the process is the same — personal, unhurried, and honest. You deal directly with Daniel, our founder and diamond specialist. No salespeople, no commissions, no pressure.

Call, send an enquiry, or book an appointment. Tell us what you have in mind — or nothing at all. There's no pressure and no commitment at this stage.
Choose Your Diamond or Gemstone
We present a hand-selected range of certified diamonds or coloured gemstones suited to your budget and preferences — viewed in person, or via specifications, photography, and video.
Design the Ring
Once the stone is chosen, we guide you through setting styles, metal choices, and design details — from profile to prong count — until you are completely satisfied.
Handcrafted to Order
Your ring is handcrafted by master jewellers to the exact design and stone specifications agreed. Typical lead time is 3–4 weeks, though we'll advise based on your timeline.
Delivery & Aftercare
Your completed ring is delivered fully insured, with the stone's independent certificate. We provide ongoing aftercare — cleaning, claw checks, and resizing — for the life of the ring.
Natural, Certified Diamonds — Only
Every diamond at Diamond Imports is a natural diamond, formed over billions of years in the earth. We sell no lab-grown, no synthetic, and no treated or enhanced stones. All diamonds are independently certified by GIA, DCLA, or HRD, and every certificate is included with your purchase. Diamonds are selected individually — examined in person for cut quality, brilliance, and overall character.
For coloured gemstone engagement rings — sapphires, rubies, and emeralds — we apply the same rigour, evaluating colour, clarity, cut, and provenance stone by stone.
