Every piece is made to order, with your choice of natural diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, pearls, or other natural gemstones, set in 18ct yellow, white, or rose gold, or in platinum. Yes — remodelling is one of the most rewarding things we do. Many people inherit jewellery they love sentimentally but rarely wear because the style is dated, the setting is worn, or it does not suit their taste. We can reset the stones into a completely new design, or melt down the existing gold and reuse it in the new piece, retaining the personal meaning while giving you something you will actually wear. Yes — we offer a full range of repair services including ring resizing, claw retipping and replacement, broken chain repair, clasp replacement, stone replacement, rhodium plating for white gold, and full polish-and-clean services. Absolutely. Many couples come to us years after their original purchase wanting to upgrade their centre diamond for a larger or higher-quality stone, add a halo or side stones to an existing solitaire, or rework an older setting into a more contemporary design. We can also trade in your existing diamond against a new one in many cases. It is a beautiful way to mark a milestone anniversary without losing the original meaning of the piece.

It begins with a conversation — about what you want to make, the stones you would like to use (yours or ours), your budget, and the story behind the piece. We then source any required stones, sketch or render the design, walk you through the options in person, and only commission the piece once you are happy with every detail. From there, our master jewellers craft the piece to your specification.

Most custom jewellery takes two to three weeks from confirmation of design to delivery. Simple repairs and resizing can often be done within a few days. Remodelling and more complex bespoke pieces may take longer depending on the design and stones involved. If you have a specific date in mind, let us know early and we will work backwards from there.

Custom jewellery starts from a few hundred dollars for simple repairs and resizing, and goes up depending on the metal, the size and quality of the stones, and the design complexity. Because we source diamonds and gemstones directly and have no retail markup, our pricing is usually significantly more competitive than mainstream jewellers — all prices are in AUD inclusive of GST, with no hidden extras.
