TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing, browsing or purchasing from the Diamond Imports website (diamondimports.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Diamond Imports reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

PRODUCTS & STOCK
All diamonds listed on the Diamond Imports website are independently certified natural loose diamonds. Product descriptions, specifications and diamond certificate details are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge.

PRICING
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, Diamond Imports will contact you before processing your order and you will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

PAYMENT
Payment is accepted via:

  • BPAY (using your cheque, savings or credit card account through internet or phone banking)
  • Bank Deposit (direct bank transfer)
  • EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard in person at our Sydney office

Diamond Imports does not process credit card payments directly through the website. BPAY and bank account details are provided with your order confirmation. Orders are not dispatched until full payment has cleared.

PAYMENT & HOLDING PERIOD
All items are one-of-a-kind and are held exclusively for you once your order is placed. Payment must be received in full within 7 business days of the order date. If payment has not been received within that period, Diamond Imports may cancel the order and release the item for sale. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before cancelling. Any funds received in respect of a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

If you require additional time to complete payment — for example due to daily bank transfer limits — please contact us on (02) 9251 4444 or diamonds@diamondimports.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For your security, Diamond Imports will never contact you by email to advise a change of bank account details. If you receive any such message, do not transfer funds and call us on (02) 9251 4444 to verify.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom-designed jewellery requires a deposit at the time of order confirmation. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. Lead times are confirmed at the time of order.

AVAILABILITY
Each diamond and item of jewellery listed is unique and available in a single quantity. In the unlikely event that a listed item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, Diamond Imports will contact you within two business days to arrange a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.

APPOINTMENTS & SECURITY
Diamond Imports operates by appointment only from our Sydney CBD office. The office address is provided to confirmed clients upon booking. Photo ID is required at all in-person appointments.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Diamond Imports takes care to ensure all information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content is error-free. If you believe any information is incorrect, please contact us before purchasing.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including diamond descriptions, photography, education content, pricing and design is the property of Diamond Imports Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Diamond Imports is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or any products purchased. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
